Kamil Valiev Scholarship was established for students and graduate students of Russian universities

Talented students and graduate students will be able to receive a Kamil Valiev Scholarship from September 1, 2023. Kamil Valiev was one of the founders of the national scientific school in Microelectronics.

The following students will be able to apply for the scholarship: full-time students of the second and subsequent years of undergraduate and specialist studies, students of any course of the master's program, and graduate students. It provides 50 scholarships for students at 55 thousand rubles a month and 30 scholarships for graduate students at 75 thousand rubles monthly.

Such scholarships will be available to authors of scientific publications and research papers in the field of the electronics industry, winners and prize-winners of international or all-Russian Olympiads, and participants in the federal project “Training of Personnel and Scientific Foundation for the Electronics Industry”.

Academic councils of educational and scientific organizations will nominate candidates for scholarships. The decision on scholarship holders will be made by the Ministry of Education and Science based on the results of the competitive selection, according to the website of the Russian government.
