Largest kystyby and uchpochmak will be cooked in Ufa on City Day
During the celebration of the City Day in Ufa on June 12, they plan to set two culinary records: to cook the world's largest kystyby and the largest uchpochmak in Russia, the mayor's office reported. The action will begin on the square before the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan" at 11.00.
The team of the Bashkir fast food chain will bake Kystyby. Dough for a dish with a diameter of more than 2 meters will be rolled out on a table with an area of 9 square meters and cooked in a special frying pan with a diameter of 2.5 meters. The filling of the giant tortilla will be 20 kg of mashed potatoes.
The estimated size of the largest uchpochmak in Russia is with sides of more than one meter. This is almost twice as much as the record-breaking Tatarstan pie.
