Bashkortostan talked about Republican state-owned enterprise’s privatization progress

Today, at the Republic Management Center of Bashkortostan, the Republican Minister of Land and Property Relations Natalya Polyanskaya spoke about the progress in the privatization of state-owned enterprises of the republic.

Recall that the privatization of state property is being carried out as part of the task set by President Vladimir Putin to reorganize state unitary enterprises, which is necessary to optimize the public sector of the economy, reduce the participation of regions in the activities of business entities, stimulate and attract extra-budgetary investments in the real sector of the economy and generate income for the budget.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, the privatization of 7 large enterprises is planned for 2023. The road transport enterprise "Bashavtotrans" was added to the plan, while it will remain in the ownership of the republic, and the republic will own the shares.

"Today, inventory measures are being taken regarding the entire property complex, land plots administered by Bashavtotrans. We started this work now, in advance, so that we would not lose a single asset from the Republican property," said Natalya Polyanskaya.

Of the large state-owned enterprises that work in agriculture, the Alekseevsky state farm has already passed corporatization.

"Inventory measures have been taken, the Alekseevsky state farm JSC is functioning, and the shares belong to the republic," the minister said.

The procedure for the transformation of the state farm "Roshinsky", the shopping mall "Bashkortostan", and "Bashselkhoztekhnika" has been completed. The transformation procedure is pending to MTS Zauralye Agro, MTS Centralnaya, Bashplemservis, the Yakty-Kul sanatorium, the Republic of Bashkortostan Publishing House, the Housing Construction Fund, the Republican Administration of Capital Construction, the agency informed earlier.

Another topic of conversation with the minister was the procedure for registering land for rent.

"Today, unprecedented support measures are in place for small and medium-sized businesses. The procedure for transferring a land plot has been simplified, and the procedure has been simplified, that is, conditions are being created to put the maximum amount of land into circulation," the head of the Ministry of Land Property added.

The redemption price of a land plot for investors and entrepreneurs on favorable terms is 25% of the cadastral value. This is provided that it has a building, structure, or structure in the property.

Also, for entrepreneurs and the self-employed in Bashkortostan, there are benefits on rent. In the first year, the amount to be paid is 40%, in the second - 60%, in the third - 80%.
