Bashkiria has significantly improved its results in forestry efficiency rating
In the rating of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in terms of the efficiency of forestry, published by the Federal Forestry Service, according to the results of 2022, Bashkiria took 12th place. It is among the regions with a high implementation of delegated powers. In the 2021 ranking, the republic was in 36th place. The rating is updated annually and shows how effectively the regions exercised the powers transferred to them in forest relations.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that last spring, about 18 million seedlings were planted in the republic on an area of 4.8 thousand hectares.
