Special attention is paid to parks and squares in preparation for 450th anniversary of Ufa celebration - Radiy Khabirov

Ufa is being consistently prepared for the 450th anniversary, which the capital of Bashkiria will celebrate in 2024, the head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, said on his Telegram channel.

At the same time, the authorities pay special attention to public spaces, parks, and squares.

“This year, we will hand over the Aksakov’s garden, the square next to the Museum of polar explorers V. Albanova, the alley in front of the renovated Puppet Theatre, the area around the small lake in the Volna Park in Zaton, S. Mikhalev’s square near the Sports Palace on the Zorge street,” said Radiy Khabirov.

The first stage of reconstructing the Park of Culture and Recreation of Neftekhimik is being completed. The final work here will be completed in 2024.

Next year it is planned to complete the improvement of the territory adjacent to the street. Mushnikov, Teply Lake in Inors, and the square in front of the fountain "Boy with Kurai" near the cinema "Iskra".

“We are also putting in order the street of the October Revolution. Let's not forget about sidewalks and convenient navigation signs," the Head of Bashkiria concluded.
