Russia has developed a comprehensive child safety strategy up to 2030. The corresponding decree of the President of the Russian Federation was published on May 17, 2023, on the legal information portal, Bashinform News Agency reports.
The Government of the Russian Federation is instructed to approve the strategy's action plan within six months, to monitor and report on the implementation progress.
As stated in the document, the strategy should determine the threats to the safety of children, as well as the goals, primary directions, tasks, and mechanisms for implementing the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of ensuring the safety of children.
