Turkic residents will be able to get acquainted with history and culture of Bashkiria

An ethnographic house of the Republic of Bashkortostan has been restored in Istanbul. It is located in the Zeytinburnu district, on the territory of the ethnographic town of the Turkic people, "Topkapi". Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov wrote about this on social media.

The project aims to acquaint everyone with the Turkic-speaking countries and republics' culture, traditions, and customs. National holidays, concerts, film screenings, educational events, and exhibitions of artisans are held here. About 800 people come here every day - admission is free for everyone.

“Our Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations supervised the work with the participation of the representative office of Bashkortostan at the Russian trade mission. The facade was reconstructed, and the exposition was updated - the best traditional exhibits were collected. Our enterprise "Agidel" was responsible for the interior decoration. This is such a gift to all Istanbul residents and guests interested in the history and culture of Bashkortostan. And, of course, to our fellow countrymen who come there,” wrote Radiy Khabirov.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that the Head of Bashkiria instructed to strengthen cooperation in the field of economy and cultural exchange with Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkey.
