Road repairs under new Republican program has begun in Bashkiria

Road repairs have begun under a new regional program in Bashkiria. As Radiy Khabirov said on his Telegram channel, a decision was made to allocate money annually to renovate roads, the condition of which residents complain the most.

Work has already begun in two districts of the republic. In the Askinsky district, 13 km of roads will be repaired using new materials and technologies.

In the Belebeevsky district, the repair of an 11 km long asphalt section has begun.

“We plan to complete the renovation in October 2023. Under this program, we will put 181 km of roads in order. 116 km are sections with asphalt concrete pavement and 65 km - with crushed stone. Good luck to all!" - wrote the Head of Bashkiria.

Recall, as Bashinform News Agency wrote earlier, the Republican program was launched at the initiative of the Head of Bashkiria. He gave the corresponding instruction during the annual Address to the State Assembly.

The largest project in this area is the modernization of 47 km of the Sibay-Akyar highway. In 2023, they plan to upgrade 24 km of the route and complete the work in 2024. In total, 584 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes. Another 343 million will be given for repairing sections of the Sterlitamak-Raevsky highway with a length of 16 km, which has been carried out for less than 20 years. The issues also included completing the 40 km Birsk-Tastuba-Satka highway reconstruction and repairing access roads to garden associations and small settlements.
