It is necessary to develop legal education of population - Head of Russian Lawyers Association

In Russia, it is necessary to develop legal education of the population, said Vladimir Gruzdev, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, speaking at the business breakfast of the XI St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.

“It is important that the legal community engages in legal education. This is extremely necessary,” Vladimir Gruzdev is convinced.

It is equally important to pay special attention to issues related to the abuse of the right by entrepreneurs, including bloggers who split up their businesses. It is necessary to again convey to entrepreneurs, as was previously done with restaurateurs, that it is impossible to split up a company. Otherwise, punishment may follow, said the chairman of the board of the Russian Bar Association.

“This is a matter of dialectics: some run away, others catch. Now a lot of things are changing in our legislation. We work very closely with the commission on legislative activity. The voice of the bar association is heard. At the same time, we behave elegantly and do not interfere with the authorities’ work. Bashkortostan Prime Minister Andrey Nazarov rightly said we must do more to protect our domestic investments. I am sure we will succeed together, " said Vladimir Gruzdev, speaking at the business breakfast.
