Radiy Khabirov got acquainted with Lenin Street reconstruction. It will be updated for the 450th anniversary of Ufa.
The road builders continue to work on the pavement of pedestrian sidewalks from granite paving stones in the area from Pushkin Street to Kirov Street. The project is also interesting because the Clear Sky program is being implemented there, the essence of which is to remove air communication lines and power supply lines from the field of view of citizens. All wires will be underground. This year, work is being done on the even side of the street.
When implementing the project, the road builders use an unusual solution. It provides for the device of protrusions on the roadway, a protruding fragment of the sidewalk, providing a rational layout of the intersection. This structure will prevent the parking of cars in the pedestrian crossing area and improve visibility for all road users. This will also ensure maximum safety for pedestrians, as it will help slow down traffic near problem areas.
The pedestrian area will be paved with locally produced paving stones, mainly granite from the Mansurovsky and Tokimovskoye deposits. It will be laid on an area of more than 17,000 square meters.
