10,000 pine trees planted in Asly-Kul Natural Park to restore Lake Aslykul
In the natural park "Asly-Kul", an ecological clean-up was held for planting forest crops to restore Lake Aslykul.
The State Budgetary Institution Directorate provided tree seedlings for Protected Areas of the Republic of Belarus. The landing was made manually by the participants of the subbotnik with the help of Kolesov's sword. In total, about 10,000 pine seedlings were planted.
In the last decade, there has been a shallowing of the lake. In this regard, scientists were given the task of restoring it. In the laboratory of forest science of the Institute of Biology of the Ufa Institute of Biology, research was carried out on "Justification for conducting pilot work on reforestation using planting material of the ZKS on the territory of the natural park "Asly-Kul ".
