Regulation on medal of General Shaimuratov approved in Bashkiria
By decree of the Head of Bashkiria, the regulation on the medal of General Shaimuratov was approved. The document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information of the Republic.
The document notes that the medal is awarded to citizens for courage and bravery shown: in the protection of public order; when saving people during emergencies; in the performance of military, civil, or official duty in conditions involving a risk to life.
The text of the normative act describes the medal. It is made of nickel silver and has the shape of a circle with a diameter of 32 mm with a convex welt 1 mm wide and 0.3 mm high on both sides. On the front side is a bas-relief portrait of M. Shaymuratov, and along the edges - the motto "Loyalty Courage Duty" and the inscription "M. Shaymuratov. On the reverse side are two bas-reliefs, crossed checkers, and a kurai flower. In the lower part, there is a medal number. All images and inscriptions are embossed.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that the initiator of the establishment of the medal was the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov.
