Igor Komarov appreciated Patriot Park and Avangard Educational and Methodological Center
Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov gave his assessment of the development of Patriot parks in the regions of the district.
“Patriot Park and the Avangard Educational and Methodological Center are significant projects being implemented in the regions on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Together with the district military-patriotic initiatives, they become the platform for the system of initial military training for young people. Now in the Volga Federal District, about 900 thousand children are participating in four patriotic youth projects: Heroes of the Fatherland, a rally of search teams, Guardsman and Volga Zarnitsa. We are also working to support the development of cadet education – about 2,000 young people study in cadet corps”, - said Igor Komarov.
