More than 40,000 applications have been submitted for Leaders of Russia contest

More than 40 thousand applications from all over the country and 61 states have already been submitted for the fifth season of the Leaders of Russia contest. This was reported to Bashinform News Agency by the organizers of the competition.

According to the director general of the organization Aleksey Komissarov, the residents of Central Russia and the Volga Federal District showed the most activity, and the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye, and Kherson are showing great interest.

“Currently, more than 65% of the contestants are experienced managers aged 36 to 50, and another 20% are participants aged 31 to 35. Young people under 30 make up 10% of applications, and participants over 51 make up 5%. More than 12% of applications were received from managers from the industry, and 8% were from education leaders. 7% of participants are from the construction and architecture industry, another 7% represent information technology, telecommunications, and communications, and 6% - are from business. 5% of applications came from managers from the health and medicine sector, another 5% from the trade sector,” Komissarov explained.

Under the terms of the competition, managers up to 55 years old with at least two years of leadership experience can become participants. Among the main prizes is a grant of 1 million rubles for training, career counseling, and support.
