Gardening partnerships in Russia were allowed to use land for common good

The Federation Council approved amendments to the law on horticulture and horticulture, providing for broader use of common areas. As follows from the document, the participants of the gardening partnerships at a general meeting may decide to transfer land plots and (or) public real estate for rent or free use, as well as determine the conditions for their use.

Now land plots for shared use, with the owners’ consent, can be used, for example, for trade and to build non-permanent pavilions or stalls.

Also, such sites can create infrastructure for gas, heat, electricity, water, and sanitation or build a sports ground.
