Bashkiria is recognized as Volga Federal District leader in issuing building permits
Bashkiria has become a leader among the regions of the Volga Federal District in issuing permits for housing construction since the beginning of 2023. This was reported concerning the data of the Dom.RF portal in the Republican Ministry of Construction.
Thus, 326 applications have already been approved for developers. The top municipalities of the region included Ufa, Kumertau, and Oktyabrsky, as well as Ufimsky, Tuymazinsky, and Abzelilovsky districts.
In addition, Bashkiria got into the country's top eight regions due to the housing construction volume. According to the Republican Ministry of Construction, about 3 million square meters are being built in the republic today.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency wrote that the republic set a construction record in 2022, which surpassed that of the USSR.
