Another ice bridge was closed in Bashkiria. The movement of vehicles on ice was closed across the Kama River in the Krasnokamsk region of the republic, the Bashinform News Agency was informed at the central department of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The ice bridge was closed due to the onset of heat and a decrease in ice thickness. The Ministry of Emergency Situations asks motorists to think over the route in advance in a given direction and not to go out onto the ice despite the prohibition signs.
One ice bridge across the Belaya River in the village of Staroyanzigitovo, Krasnokamsky District, remains in operation today in Bashkiria.
Earlier, ice bridges were closed across the Ufa River in the village of Karaidel and across the Belaya River in Birsk, the Bashinform News Agency reported.
