Three touches theory: how Bashkiria will support metropolitan universities students

Recently, Radiy Khabirov met in Moscow with students - natives of Bashkortostan. According to Bashinform News Agency, at the telethon of the open academy "Territory of Women's Happiness", the Head of the Republic shared his thoughts on the internal motivation for such communication:

“We are interested in our best children entering good universities. We also understand that the best universities in the country are in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and it's great that they go there. Of course, after graduation, many of them decide to stay and work in Moscow or other regions. Here we must show sensitivity and attention so that the guys who have received excellent knowledge in the capital's universities are invited back to Bashkortostan.

To do this, we devised an internal theory of three touches. We create mechanisms so that children feel that we need them, and we remember them. I met with them and heard a considerable number of proposals.

We agreed that our representative office would become the center of student life for our guys who are in Moscow.

Heads of municipalities should help students once or twice a year.

When students come here, we have to create something for them. In the summer, we will hold a big Race of Heroes - a competition between the guys from our universities and those who study in Moscow. And next winter break, we'll have a Student Ball.

There is a need for bright minds. Of the hundred percent of our graduates, about 65 percent enter our universities. In recent years, we have increased the number of state-funded places in the republic by 40 percent. We do not stop this work,” the Head of the Republic emphasized.
