Art. Lebedev's studio designs kiosks and pavilions for Ufa. As reported on the studio's website, the style-forming decorative elements are based on the details of the Bashkir culture. It is possible to install a sign in two languages simultaneously - a special separator maintains readability.
There are only five objects: a kiosk, a regular and fair pavilion, a car repair shop, and a terrace. For each - separate rules for placement, inclusiveness, lighting, and design. The design also uses anniversary symbols for the upcoming 450th anniversary of the republic's capital in 2024.
“Ufa is a million-plus city, one of Russia's largest economic, cultural, and scientific centers. Due to the growing tourist flow, trade is actively developing here, and landscaping is underway. To make it all look integral and attractive, the studio came up with a universal but, at the same time, recognizable design of urban objects. Neutral colors allow you to fit objects into the historical environment and modern buildings. On the blind part of the facade of the pavilions, the company's logo or city identity is placed. Cozy terraces attract tourists and residents to cafes and restaurants. The original look of the city is emphasized even at night thanks to the lighting,” the studio’s website says.
