

The advanced engineering school of the Ufa University of Science and Technology, "Motors of the Future", will receive a federal grant for 348 million rubles. The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, shared the good news.
“Scientists, researchers, and engineers of Bashkortostan have once again proved that our science significantly contributes to ensuring the technological sovereignty of the Russian aviation industry. Congratulations!" the Head of the region wrote on his social media.
As Bashinform News Agency reported, USTE was among 30 Russian universities that will receive federal funding for developing advanced engineering schools. Grants are distributed among the leading engineering schools in three groups, depending on the results they have achieved. The first group included four universities, each of which will receive a grant of 514.003 million rubles. In the second group - 20 universities with funding of 348.221 million rubles. The third group includes six universities that will receive 182.440 million rubles each.
The total funding for the Advanced Engineering Schools project in 2023 amounted to over 10 billion rubles, which is 4 times more than last year.
