COVID-19 cases is growing in Bashkiria
The COVID-19 cases continue to grow in the republic, the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria stated.
“In total, about 351,000 people have fallen ill in the region since the beginning of the pandemic, 245 of them in the last 24 hours,” the Ministry of Health said.
To date, 166 people are receiving the necessary treatment in hospitals, 116 of whom are elderly. There are 1865 patients on outpatient treatment, 560 of whom are people over 60 years old.
More than 3.408 million people have been fully vaccinated in Bashkiria.
As Bashinform News Agency reported earlier, 1,554 COVID-19 cases were confirmed during the week. This is 63% more than the previous 7 days. Also, in the region, there is an increase in the incidence of ARVI. Weekly indicators increased by 17.6%.
