

The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, during the acquaintance of the Head of Adygea Murat Kumpilov with the activities of the Republic Management Center, spoke about the work of Bashkir rescuers in Turkey. Now a team of volunteers from Ufa is looking for survivors under the rubble, helping to eliminate the consequences of the earthquake. They have already saved several lives.
“Our rescuers in Turkey have rescued six people to date. We have good rescuers and a rescue dog,” said Radiy Khabirov.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency informed that thanks to the rescue dog Torin, two more living people were found under the rubble in Turkey. Volunteer rescuers from Bashkortostan continue to clear rubble in the Turkish city of Kahramanmarash.
On behalf of the Head of the region, a detachment of 25 volunteer rescuers was sent to Turkey to eliminate the consequences of the earthquake. The squad includes rescuers who, while on vacation, decided to go to the scene of the tragedy.
In addition, 25 tons of humanitarian aid from Bashkortostan will arrive in Turkey soon. Among them are tents, blankets, children's things, and food. Residents, enterprises, and businesses of our republic provided gratuitous assistance.
