Street lighting will be completely replaced in Ufa
The lighting system will be completely updated in Ufa. Ufa Mayor Ratmir Mavliev told the city council deputies on February 6 that the city authorities signed an energy service contract for the complete replacement of lighting in Ufa - about 47,000 lamps throughout the city. As a result, energy savings will amount to 60% of the currently consumed resource.
“Let’s go to bright white light. The city will become cozier and safer,” the Mayor said.
In addition, as Bashinform News Agency reported, over the past year, within the framework of the Clear Sky project, lighting was provided in the suburban villages of Elkibaevo, Karpovo, Samokhvalovka, Fedorovka, Bazilevka, Novaya Maksimovka, Flowers of Bashkiria, on the territory of Cordon No. 5, as well as in the Nepeitsevsky arboretum and Mayakovsky square.
