President of Russia awarded scientists of Bashkiria with state awards

Scientists of Bashkortostan were awarded a national honorary title and an award. The corresponding decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated January 26, 2023, "On awarding state awards of the Russian Federation", is published on the official portal of legal information. The document was posted on February 6.

According to Bashinform News Agency, for their contribution to the development of science and many years of conscientious work, the following were awarded:

The medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" II degree - the chief researcher of the laboratory of the Ufa Institute of Chemistry of the Ural Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gumer Ishmuratov;

Honorary title "Honored Worker of Science of the Russian Federation" - Professor, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Chief Researcher of the Laboratory of the Institute of Mechanics Vladislav Shagapov.
