Four districts and two cities of Bashkiria are in influenza and acute respiratory infections red zone
Acute respiratory infections (ARI) and influenza have risen in Bashkiria. In the red zone for the incidence of influenza and ARI - Khaibullinsky, Kuyurgazinsky, Gafursky, and Uchalinsky districts, the cities of Oktyabrsky and Kumertau. Bashinform News Agency was informed of this in the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor.
The department summed up the results of the weekly monitoring. It turned out that the incidence of ARI and influenza increased by 1.6% compared to the previous week. During the fourth week of the year, 95 laboratory-confirmed influenza cases were registered in Bashkiria.
Also, in the fourth week, diseases increase among children and adolescents. Thus, in children from 3 to 6 years old and from 7 to 14 years old, the growth rate was +13.7% and +22.6%, respectively.
The supervisory authority noted that parents must be attentive to their children’s health and send only healthy children to school.
