Direct flights from Ufa to Sharm El Sheikh have been launched
Today, for the first time, a regular flight was launched from the Ufa airport to the famous Egyptian resort of Sharm El Sheikh.
As it became known to the Bashinform News Agency from the press service of the capital's air harbor, the Airbus A321 aircraft of AlMasria Universal departed with a full load of 221 passengers. From now on, flights will be operated twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays. Travel time will be about 5 hours.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency wrote that direct flights were established from Ufa International Airport with nine countries: Turkey, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Now flights to Egypt are available for residents. In the spring, direct flights to Minsk are expected to resume.
