Bashkiria will receive 18 billion rubles in federal tranche for rural medicine development

Bashkiria will receive a federal tranche of 18 billion rubles to develop rural medicine until 2025. Prime Minister of the Republic Andrey Nazarov said on his Telegram channel that about 10.5 billion rubles are planned to be spent on the construction of healthcare facilities.

“Health care is gradually returning from emergency coronavirus to planned activities, to the development of primary health care. Children's polyclinics in Mesyagutovo, Karmaskaly, and Baimak, and a hospital in Bolsheustikinskoye will soon open in the republic. Doctors and paramedics of primary care and ambulances, by the decision of the President of the Russian Federation, will receive bonuses to salaries. Much attention is paid to the prevention of diseases, including cancer. The Center for Children's Oncology and Hematology will open this year at the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital. The necessary equipment was supplied to 7 more institutions that assist cancer patients,” Andrey Nazarov said.

The Prime Minister added that Bashkiria intends to develop its base of the healthcare system. We are talking about the possession of technology, the creation of medicines and equipment, and import substitution.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that Pharmstandard-UfaVITA launched a new workshop to produce a drug for hemophilia - Blood Coagulation Factor VIII - worth 1.6 billion rubles.
