Expert called housing construction achievements in Bashkiria systematic work result

Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the State Assembly of Bashkiria on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development Elena Rodina called the region's records in housing construction the result of systematic and consistent work. As Bashinform News Agency wrote earlier, the housing construction in the republic reached an indicator of 3 million 62 thousand square meters in 2022.

“Here, it is important to say that these volumes are one of the keys in the socio-economic indicators of the region. Undoubtedly, huge efforts have been invested, and we see how the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, pays great attention to this issue, and federal funding is attracted. We see the effectiveness of the decisions of the government and municipal administrations, and we see systematic and consistent work. This is a serious page in ensuring the well-being of our residents,” said Elena Rodina.

According to the expert, thanks to the efforts of the leadership of the republic, the task set by Russian President Vladimir Putin to bring the volume of housing construction to 4 million square meters by 2030 will be completed. Elena Rodina also touched upon the issue of deceived equity holders.

“We repeatedly and systematically review it every six months at a meeting of the Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development, connect to all operational meetings of the head of the region, are in dialogue with residents, monitor how the schedule approved by the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and the Head of Bashkiria is being implemented. All the facilities planned for last year were commissioned, and we all perfectly understand that everything should be completed by 2024,” said Elena Rodina.
