COVID-19 incidence decreased by 42% in Bashkiria

According to the coordination center of the government of the Russian Federation in Bashkiria, over the past week, the number of detected cases of COVID-19 was 502, which is 42% less than the previous week. This was announced by the Minister of Health of Bashkiria, Airat Rakhmatullin, at a meeting at the Republic Management Center. The spread rate of COVID-19 in Bashkiria is currently 0.8, and in Russia - 1.0.

In infectious diseases hospitals, the accessible bed capacity is kept at 22%.

The Bashinform News Agency reported that the number of deaths from COVID-19 had sharply increased in Bashkiria. Three patients have died from COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. At the same time, the number of cases of COVID-19 per day in the region decreased to 65 people.

The Minister of Health of the Republic also reported on how the ambulance worked last week. The ambulance serviced 21,924 calls. 332 contact center operators worked with the population, more than 500,000 doctor's appointments were made, and 21,438 house calls were made.
