12 billion rubles were allocated for housing services infrastructure development in Bashkiria

The government of Bashkiria discussed the results and plans for the work of republican enterprises of housing and communal services.

“Even in the face of budgetary constraints, three times more entrances were repaired in 2022 than in 2021. This year, the number of renovated entrances should be increased by another third. For the first time last year, budgetary funds were allocated for repairing roofs in rural areas for 100 million rubles. We also plan to continue this practice,” said Andrey Nazarov, head of the regional Cabinet of Ministers.

All programs for improving courtyards and public spaces and repairing houses and entrances will also be continued.

126 public areas were landscaped in 2022. The amount of funding remains the same, and the plan is to improve 122 public places in 2023.

If, as Bashinform News Agency reported, 200 yards were landscaped last year for 1 billion rubles, 206 yards will be repaired for the amount of 1.200 million rubles this year.

In 2023, it will perform 696 types of work in 632 apartment buildings and comprehensively repair about 1.2 thousand entrances.

Within the framework of the Clean Water federal project, four water supply facilities were put into operation last year. Construction of nine facilities will continue this year.

In 2023–2024, it is planned to overhaul 435 km of water and heat networks in 51 municipalities.

“This year, the republic should enter the top 10 regions in terms of the efficiency of eliminating accidents in utility networks,” Prime Minister Andrey Nazarov set the task for officials.
