Bashkiria on 2nd place in Russia in terms of real estate transactions

According to Rosreestr for Bashkiria, over 11 months, 1.15 million rights and restrictions on rights to real estate were registered in the region. More than half of transactions are executed electronically (56%).

For comparison: 4.7 million actions with real estate were committed in the Volga Federal District and 22.9 million in Russia.

Rosreestr noted that during the year, the department significantly reduced the time for service provision. If at the beginning of the year, the registration of rights and cadastral registration were carried out on average in 3 days, now it takes 2 days; the unified accounting and registration procedure was reduced from 6 to 4 days; applications for a mortgage in electronic form - from 3 to 1 day. Registration of household real estate (apartments, houses, dachas, and garages) is now a priority. If registration actions with such objects took 3 days at the beginning of the year, now it is one day less.

It was possible to reduce the time due to the transition to an electronic format and work with real estate market professionals, on whom the correct execution of documents depends, the department explained.
