Meleuz won All-Russian competition for comfortable urban environment create projects

Moscow summed up the results of the VII All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable environment in small towns and historical settlements. According to the region's Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, Bashkiria took an active part in it, and 7 applications were submitted.

Meleuz won the competition with the project "Blooming Coast of Meleuz", which provides for the improvement of the territory of the embankment of the Meleuzka River and the surrounding area. The project involves the integration of the embankment and the market as the most economically active space in the city. Earlier, in August 2022, 4 towns of Bashkortostan became the winners of the competition: Agidel, Dyurtyuli, Ishimbay, and Yanaul.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency told how public spaces of the republic are being landscaped. One of the brightest achievements of the current year is the high appreciation given by the professional community to the renovation project of Beloretsk Park “Step over the Horizon”, which became the winner in the “Landscape” nomination of the international competition BLT Built Design Awards 2022 in Paris.
