Due to the flu, the mask regime is gradually returning

In connection with the aggravation of the situation with the incidence of influenza, the Rospotrebnadzor Department for Bashkiria issued an order to carry out additional sanitary and anti-epidemic measures.

The executive authorities were instructed to strengthen the implementation of anti-epidemic measures, organize control and prevent people with signs of acute respiratory disease from working, and increase the frequency of disinfection measures and the ventilation regime.

A mask regime has been introduced in healthcare and social protection institutions. The admission of visitors to patients in institutions with a round-the-clock stay of children and adults is limited, except for those caring for patients.

In public educational organizations, in case of absence due to the flu or COVID-19, more than 20% of children - heads of educational organizations decide to suspend the educational process.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that 48,050 acute respiratory diseases were registered in the republic at the beginning of the week.

“The increase in the incidence for the week is 28.8%. The epidemiological threshold for the subject was exceeded by 123.8%. About 40% of all cases are children under 14 years old,” the data of Rospotrebnadzor follows.
