Exempt from personal income tax prizes list was expanded by Russian Government

The Russian government has expanded the list of prizes exempt from personal income tax, the press service of the federal cabinet reports. Including these are awards that the best teachers in the field of music will receive.

Remember that teachers of children's music schools, art schools, and choir schools receive 100 prizes of 500,000 rubles each year.

For those who teach at music colleges and universities - 50 awards of 1 million rubles each.

Changes have also been made to the list of international, foreign, and Russian prizes, the amounts of which are not subject to taxation, for outstanding achievements in the fields of science and technology, education, culture, literature, art, tourism, and the media.
