New COVID-19 strain Cerberus was registered in Bashkiria
A new COVID-19 strain Cerberus was registered in Bashkiria. Bashinform News Agency was informed about this by the press service of the regional Rospotrebnadzor. The department clarified that, so far, this is the only officially registered case in our region.
Earlier, two new Cerberus strain coronavirus variants were identified in Russia. Its specific ability is that it is highly contagious.
Recall there was an increase in the incidence of coronavirus infection in Bashkiria in November, according to the coordination center of the government of the Russian Federation.
