Law on single allowance for birth and child upbringing is signed by Vladimir Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law establishing a single benefit in connection with the birth and upbringing of a child. The document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on Monday, November 21.
According to this law, from January 1, 2023, a universal allowance will be introduced, taking into account a unified approach to the appointment and implementation of a monthly payment for a child up to the age of 17, as well as allowances for pregnant women.
When assigning benefits, the property security of the family and the employment of the parent are taken into account.
