Vladimir Putin awarded doctors with state medals

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded 41 doctors from Bashkiria with the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, II degree, and a medal of Luka Krymsky.

On behalf of the President, the awards were presented by the Prime Minister of the Republic Andrey Nazarov.

Venera Akhmetshina, the Chishminsky Central District Hospital doctor, Ramil Gafarov, the Center for Disaster Medicine doctor, Valentina Kuleshova, head of the department at Ufa Hospital No. 18, Vadim Aminov, deputy chief at the Verkhneyarkeevskaya Central District Hospital, and others are among the award recipients.

“This is a recognition of your selfless and hard work, your competence and professionalism, and your huge contribution to preserving the health and life of people. I congratulate you with all my heart! We direct significant resources to the development of the healthcare system. The volume of its financing this year exceeds 106 billion rubles. This year polyclinics were opened in Birsk and Chekmagush. 59 new rural health stations were introduced. Equipment for almost 1.5 billion rubles was purchased. 98 ambulances were handed over to medical institutions. We will hand over another 18 cars before the end of the year,” Andrey Nazarov congratulated the doctors.
