New children’s additional education development concept approved in Bashkiria

A new children’s additional education development concept is being developed in Bashkiria. It is designed until 2030. The corresponding republican government decree is posted on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The implementation of the concept will divide into two stages. The first stage will last from 2022 to 2024, and the second from 2025 to 2030.

At the first stage, it is planned to create a modern infrastructure in the system of additional education that meets children's needs, and create new places to increase the number of children, including in children's art schools. Conditions will be created for the provision of subsidies from the federal and republican budgets for the modernization of the infrastructure for the education of children, including the renewal of the material base, and the overhaul and reconstruction of buildings for educational, research, and creative activities. It is planned to create a network of technological circles to train a new generation of engineers and scientists.

In the second stage, the planned work will be continued.

The concept will be implemented through subsidies from the federal budget within the framework of the national projects "Education", "Culture" and "Demography".

“Modern additional education of children is a very important direction. It is it that contributes to the self-determination and professional orientation of all students. The developed concept should contribute to the formation of an effective system of such education,” Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov said.

The new concept was approved at the federal level by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, reported by Bashinform News Agency.
