Aeroflot migrated to new booking and check-in system
Aeroflot completed the migration to a new booking and check-in system and resumed online services. This is stated on its Telegram channel.
Passengers have access to the official website, contact center, and sales offices. Travel and online agents are ready to serve customers.
The carrier announced that online check-in is available for Aeroflot flights and flights of Aurora and Rossiya airlines with the SU code and numbers 5400-5799 and 5950-6999.
The Aeroflot Bonus loyalty program is operating normally. All accumulated bonuses for completed flights will be saved and credited in full.
“The main online services are already working, but we continue to adapt the new system, so some services will be temporarily unavailable,” the airline’s press service warned.
