Those returning from abroad no longer need to upload COVID-19 test to State Services
When returning from abroad, Russians no longer need to upload a PCR test for COVID-19, a certificate of vaccination, or a previous disease at the State Services.
It is now enough for foreign citizens and stateless persons to fill out questionnaires for those arriving in the territory of the Russian Federation. Previously, they had to provide a negative PCR test.
These changes come into effect on October 21st.
