Ufa Employment Center reached final of All-Russian employment competition

The branch of the Ufa Employment Center in the Ordzhonikidzevsky district hit the top ten finalists among similar institutions in Russia. Elena Rasskazova was among the top ten finalists in the Best Employment Center nomination in the Best Career Consultant category.

The All-Russian competition in the field of employment was held for the first time. In total, 109 applications from 53 subjects of the country were sent to the jury. 12 personnel and 14 career consultants reached the final. Of the 32 applications for the title of "Best Employment Center", 13 first-level employment centers (serving more than 50 thousand people) and 6 second-level centers (serving from 10 to 50 thousand people) were selected for participation in the final stage of the competition.

The finalists were determined remotely based on the materials submitted through the participant's account. In the next stage, the contestants wait for personal interviews, tests, and other tasks.

“The competition is very important for our region because Bashkortostan is a pilot entity in the country to modernize and improve the efficiency of the employment service. Thus, over the past two years, modern model employment centers have appeared in Bashkortostan in Ufa and Sterlitamak. Two more modernized centers will be opened very soon - in Neftekamsk and Kumertau," Minister of Family, Labor, and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Bashkortostan Lenara Ivanova commented.
