Bashkortostan is included in a pilot project as part of a service based on the Federal State Information System "Unified Digital Platform National Spatial Data System".

“Thanks to the interaction with the management team of Bashkortostan, land plots were found for involvement in tourism activities. The Public Cadastral Map already contains information on 104 land plots from other regions. Shortly, it will be replenished with information about the objects of Bashkortostan,” said Tatyana Gromova, deputy head of Rosreestr.

Earlier, the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography entered into agreements to launch the project with the governments of Altai, Dagestan, Karelia, Kaluga, Tula, Sakhalin regions, and Kamchatka Territory.

In the pilot regions, operational headquarters have been set up to identify land plots.

“The Government of Bashkortostan pays special attention to the development of tourism. We build and repair roads to tourist sites, equip navigation infrastructure, improve the territories of popular recreation areas, and organize themed festivals. All this attracts tourists. For 8 months, the tourist flow reached 1.26 million people. Sanatorium and resort organizations accommodated 161,555 people. In terms of the demand for resorts, Bashkortostan is the leader among the regions of the Volga region and ranks 5th in Russia. This year we have become one of the leading regions in terms of federal support. We will receive 336 million rubles from Rostourism. The plans for the next year include developing new tourist routes, equipping recreation areas near the water and beaches, building campsites, creating new information centers and the necessary conditions for tourists with special needs,” commented Andrey Nazarov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
