Maxim Zabelin: “Unique tools to support young scientists are available in Bashkiria”

The Chief of Staff of the Head of Bashkiria, Maxim Zabelin, handed over state republican youth awards in the field of science and technology for 2020 and 2021. He noted that the achievements of young scientists are of particular importance for science, industry, and medicine. As Maxim Zabelin posted on his Telegram channel, the construction of the Eurasian Scientific and Educational Center will become a new step for the development of science in the region.

“The republic is actively developing and supporting the scientific and educational agenda. Bashkortostan has unique tools to support young and successful scientists - mega-grants, grants for young scientists-graduate students and candidates of sciences, and joint grants with the Russian Science Foundation. Moreover, our world-class Eurasian Research and Education Center is the main platform for introducing important scientific and technological solutions and projects into the economy,” the Chief of Staff of the Head of Bashkiria believes.

As Bashinform reported earlier, 20 billion rubles have been allocated to implement the project for the construction of the student campus of the Eurasian Scientific and Educational Center in Ufa. Its construction will begin in 2023.
