Number of patients with COVID-19 is decreasing in Bashkiria
The number of cases of new coronavirus infection in Bashkiria is gradually decreasing. Thus, over the past day in Bashkiria, 623 COVID-sick people were registered, and 740 people were discharged with recovery, the regional Ministry of Health reported.
In total, almost 321.9 thousand people have got infected with COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic in the republic.
“There are currently 239 people in hospitals, most of whom are elderly people. More than 4.4 thousand patients are on outpatient treatment. Of these, over 1.3 thousand people are people over 60 years old,” the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria stated.
As for the vaccination of the population against COVID-19 in the republic, about 3.119 million people have received both doses of the vaccine to date.
