Bashkiria in Top-3 Volga Federal District in terms of real estate accounting and registration

The results of the republic in terms of achieving target models for accounting and registration of real estate were highly appreciated at the federal level. Bashkiria took second place among the regions of the Volga Federal District.

According to the results of the first half of 2022, the average percentage of achieving the established indicators in the republic was 89%. At the federal level, the results of the introduction of target models for organizing interdepartmental interaction in the implementation of cadastral registration and registration of rights (100%), the quality of receiving and scanning documents at the My Documents MFC (100%), and reducing the time for rendering services (according to accounting, the average - 2 days, for registration 2 days, and in electronic form 1 day), the development of electronic services (the share of applications for cadastral registration and registration of rights submitted in the form of an electronic document is 54%).

As noted by the regional Rosreestr, the target model for registration of property rights and cadastral registration, along with five others that most strongly affect the improvement of the investment climate, was developed on behalf of the President of Russia. The deadline for implementing the regulatory program is January 1, 2025.

“The implementation of target models by the subjects of Russia helps to remove regulatory restrictions on doing business, improve the investment climate and improve the accounting and registration sphere,” Petr Klets, head of the Bashkiria Rosreestr explains.
