Bashkiria Farmers have received 584 million rubles of state support since beginning of year

Representatives of small businesses in the agro-industrial complex of the republic in 2022 received state support for 583.8 million rubles. 113 farmers became recipients of subsidies, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture reports.

Support for small businesses was carried out in six areas. Grants were issued for the development of the material and technical base of agricultural consumer cooperatives, under the Semeynaya Ferma (Family Farm), Agrostartup programs. In addition, for the first time in the country, money was allocated for the Agrotourism project. One of the 51 owners of a new type of federal state support was a farmer from Bashkiria.

“State support seriously stimulates small forms of management for development. Therefore their share in the production of agricultural products is growing. So, farmers today occupy 16% of the agricultural land in the region, and produce a third of the grain, 20% of sugar beets, almost 80% of greenhouse vegetables, about 13% of milk, and 6% of meat” - said Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.
