Special educational edition has been developed for seniors at home in Bashkiria
In Bashkiria, a special educational publication has been developed for seniors in apartment buildings, said Anatoly Dubovsky, head of the regional center for public control in the housing sector of the Republic of Bashkortostan, in the program “Honestly speaking”.
“At training courses, we offer people the handbook of the manager of the house in electronic form, as well as methodological recommendations for determining the content of the common property of MKD. The educational aspect has always been important. When I started doing this 10 years ago, the priority was to convince homeowners to create house councils and start working. And the theoretical and practical base is ours,” Anatoly Dubovsky emphasized.
Also during the program, the speaker recalled that the Housing Code of the Russian Federation provides for the direct responsibility of local governments for the training of elders in the house.
