

In Bashkiria, a coronavirus infection was detected in 293 people per day, the Ministry of Health of the Republic reported. As of August 25, according to the agency, 173 patients are in hospital, including 121 people over 60 years old. 11 people are in serious condition, one patient is supported with lung ventilators. 1582 people are undergoing outpatient treatment for COVID-19, of which 474 are elderly people.
Over the past day, 200 patients were discharged home after recovery, and no deaths from COVID-19 were registered per day.
13 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were detected per day, 15 patients with pneumonia were discharged.
In Bashkiria, 14,890 people were vaccinated over the past day. In total, 3,154,722 people (127%) were jabbed with the first dose against coronavirus infection in the republic, 2,894,120 people (116.5%) completed it.
The number of senior citizens over the age of 60 jabbed with the first dose is 943,567 people, the second - 864,409. Also, 9,155 children were vaccinated with the first dose, 8,060 children received the second dose.
The number of revaccinated citizens is 787,763.
