National dishes of Bashkiria will be presented at street gastro festival in Ufa

As part of the 10th-anniversary festival "Dairy Country", the Association of Chefs, Restaurateurs, and Hoteliers of Bashkortostan will hold the annual culinary championship "GastroMaster 2022", in which the strongest chefs of the republic will take part. Within its framework, a street gastronomic festival "KuRay" (short for "culinary paradise") will be held, the participants of which will prepare national dishes of the peoples living in Bashkiria. This was reported by the press service of the Republican Ministry of Agriculture.

Guests of the festival will be able to taste delicious dishes of the Bashkir, Russian, Tatar, Mari, Chuvash, Belarusian, Armenian and other cuisines, as well as get acquainted with folk traditions. In the Art Class nomination, participants will decorate the championship site with masterpieces of confectionery and culinary art.

Recall that the festival "Dairy Country" will be held in Ufa on the Salavat Yulaev square on Saturday, August 27. A concert program, sports grounds, a food court area, a dairy fair, and master classes for children are prepared for Ufa residents and guests of the capital.
