Educational process in Russia will be diversified with AI

Starting September 1, testing of the federal state information system “My School” will begin in 15 Russian regions. Since January 1, 2023, all schools in the country will connect to a single portal with access to high-quality and verified educational content, Andrey Gorobets, director of the Digital Transformation and Big Data Department of the Ministry of Education RF, noted in his speech at the plenary meeting of the August republican meeting on education in Ufa today. According to him, the service will complement traditional education, with its help teachers will be able to receive materials for conducting lessons, which will significantly reduce the burden on teachers.

Andrey Gorobets also marked the merits of the education system of Bashkortostan in the introduction of new technologies, it actively participates in all initiatives of the federal ministry.

The department director noted that the efficiency and diversity of the process of teaching children were increasing, and the work of a teacher was also simplified due to the introduction of artificial intelligence. Voice assistants and artificial intelligence have great prospects. It will be interesting, useful, and complement traditional school lessons, a representative of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation believes.
